Kombucha is a lightly effervescent fermented drink of sweetened black and/or green tea that is used as a functional food. it is produced by fermenting the tea using a symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast, or "Scoby".
Cathy's Kombucha us lovingly handcrafted using the same Scoby culture, recipe and method used in the Monastery in the Quebec region. Our Premium Artisan blends are fermented in small glass jars to being you the cleanest, most refreshing, naturally effervescent taste we are known for. The "little blessings" indicate our enzymes are alive, thriving and of exceptional quality. If found, the baby Scoby is safe to consume. Strain if desired. Anytime is Kombucha time!
