Yes! We are so proud to say all of our products are manufactured in Toronto, Ontario! 
Are your products safe for sensitive skin and households with kids or pets?

Yes. All of our products are made with non-toxic, biodegradable ingredients that are gentle on skin and safe for the whole family — including little ones and furry friends. We never use synthetic fragrances, dyes, or harsh chemicals.
How do your refill systems work?

We make it easy to reduce waste with at-home refills. Simply reuse your glass bottle and top it up using our refill boxes — cutting down on single-use plastic and saving you money in the long run.

Are The Bare Home products antibacterial?

Our formulas rely on proven surfactant-based cleaning to physically remove dirt and microorganisms from surfaces, rather than antibacterial additives that don’t enhance everyday cleaning efficacy and may introduce unnecessary toxicity.

We decided to formulate non-antibacterial soap to keep our ingredients list short and all natural. The main active ingredient for an antibacterial soap is Triclosan which has been placed on Health Canada’s ingredient hotlist, and is on the verge of being banned.

We offer free shipping for any domestic order over $100.

**REMOTE LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping on orders $100+ to remote locations, or address that is only accessible by airplane. If you live in a remote or fly-in location, please contact our customer service department at info@thebarehome.ca and we will be happy to find a solution to accommodate you.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

All orders ship within 1-2 business days. 

Standard Shipping - Continental U.S. and Canadian orders will deliver within 3-7 days.

What happens if my product is damaged?

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How much is shipping?
