Never got the product

I sent several emails regarding that the product never got to me as it was damaged before it was delivered.
After sending an email to the info@barehome finally got an answer & was apologized to & they are sending a new kit to me plus giving me a discount off my next purchase. I am still waiting for the product so I can't rate the actual product but the company has made it right.
