I am new to The Bare Home product lineup and so far very impressed with everything I have tried. My most recent purchase was the candle collection and the fragrances are fresh, beautifully scented and not overwhelming. The soy base burns clean with no black smoke being released. I experienced an issued with one of my candIes not staying lit so I contacted [****]. Response time was within 24 hours and they sent me a replacement candle with no issues what-so-ever. Very satisfied with their approach to customer service which is a rarity these days. I would highly recommend this company and their products. Can’t wait to see what they will create next.

I just received my candles and one of them was broken. The Soy and coconut candle - cedar wood, pine and black spruce. I really love the candles.

Still waiting for my order....but there has been a bit of excess water on the Lower Mainland of B.C. That might account for the slow-down in delivery! Not a problem; I can wait. And Happy Holidays!
